About Us:

Redsalt Angel Investment Network is a dedicated impact investing fund committed to supporting promising startups making a difference. Our Angel Investment Network program connects startups with the financial and mentorship resources they need to succeed. We believe in the importance of collaboration, which is why we work hand in hand with various partners, especially Innovation hubs, to create a pipeline of identifying and supporting promising startups.

Our Program:

Our Redsalt Angel Investment Network (R·A·I·N) program is designed to provide startups with the resources and support they need to grow and scale. Through this program, startups gain access to funding, mentorship, and networking opportunities, helping them overcome challenges and unlock their full potential.

Through providing financial incentives and access to mentorship and networking opportunities we want to mitigate structural barriers for startups to thrive and build a promising pipeline to level the ground for external investors to come in. The main goal is to support job creation and profitable companies.

Pilot Phase:

We are excited to announce that our pilot phase will be launched in Uganda Starting March 2024. The program will run for one year and during this phase, selected startups will receive initial Angel investment funding and mentorship to pivot their journey.

The goal is learning and creating a pipeline of ready-to-invest Startups. Those that show promising progress and impact will be upgraded to the next level of support, unlocking even greater opportunities for growth and success, i.e. Impact investment Fund and mentorship. 

Scaling Phase:

Startups that will have passed our pilot phase and meet all requirements will be given priority in this round. On this level, Startups will have access to big ticket funding, both local and international networking and mentorship with global investors. The goal is Channeling Investments to support Innovative Startups creating meaningful value and long-term impact.
