If selected, you’ll have the opportunity to pitch your business to our Investment Jury.

We focus on your business model, your personality, your impact, and the logic behind your financials.

On-ground Meeting
(in persona, 2-4 weeks later)

At this stage, we want to get to know you and your business on a deeper level. We’ll meet you at your center of operations—whether that’s your production site or your office. Our goal is to thoroughly understand how you run your business and how it serves your community. 

Consolidation of Financials and Data Room

Over the course of a few weeks, we’ll work closely with you to consolidate your financials and build a solid data room. Together, we’ll review your business model and explore potential future developments.

This is the final step in determining whether your business is investment-ready.

This is the final step in determining whether your business is investment-ready—and how we can best support your company’s growth.

The Term Sheet is our handshake agreement for the equity investment. It outlines the key terms, including the investment amount, share allocation, and intended use of funds.

We also define key milestones & terms for potential follow-on investments.

Due Diligence

Our due diligence is led by a local law firm, which will review your constitutional documents, financial statements, company filings, and tax compliance.

In addition, all relevant licenses, permits, and any potential legal liabilities will be thoroughly examined.

Equity Investment

At this stage, we formalize our partnership by signing the Shareholder and Share Transfer Agreements, transferring the shares, and disbursing the funds.

From this moment on, we’re true partners in your business. 

Together, we’ll work to grow your company and deepen its impact.

Over the first few months, our structured onboarding phase will ensure you're well-equipped. We'll jointly strengthen your financial management, create key performance indicators (KPIs), establish impact measurements, and build robust ESG frameworks. We'll also optimize your IT systems, enhance quality and compliance management, and refine your overall business strategy.

Our goal is to position you for sustainable growth and long-term success.

Mentorship

We match our portfolio companies with mentors from our international business network, providing strategic guidance and industry insight.

Operational Support

We'll partner with you to develop your organizational structures. And for immediate needs, our local team delivers hands-on operational support daily.

4. Governance

Board Meeting

Our regular Board meetings will serve as a forum to comprehensively analyze your company's current standing and deliberate its strategic trajectory.

Reporting

Based on your routine accounting activities, we will support you in implementing robust KPI measurements and comprehensive financial reports to drive our strategic decision-making.

Operational Support

We match our portfolio companies with mentors from our international business network, providing strategic guidance and industry insight. In addition, our local team offers hands-on, day-to-day operational support whenever it's needed.
